Dr. Khouri obtained his medical degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology. After completing his Internal Medicine Residency – and serving as Chief Resident – at Providence Hospital and Medical Center in Southfield, Michigan, he pursued a fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He went on to complete an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at St .John Medical Center in Detroit, focusing on both coronary and peripheral interventions.
Dr. Khouri is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
During his training, Dr. Khouri co-authored multiple cardiovascular research articles, earning him the American Heart Association's Young Investigator Award.
He has been practicing for many years with special interests in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Arterial Disease. He also served as a clinical instructor at Michigan State University.
In his spare time, Dr. Khouri enjoys fishing and supporting local organizations focused on improving the health and wellbeing of our community.
